HOME Rochester
The HOME Rochester program allows individuals and families with low and moderate incomes an opportunity to participate in the American Dream through homeownership.
Weatherization Assistance Program
Helping low income residents of Monroe County who reside outside the City of Rochester install energy savings measures that cut energy costs to reduce energy consumption.
Handyman Program
Helping the elderly in Genesee County make minor home repairs.
Canandaigua Home Energy Improvement Program
Single and two-family houses and mobile homes, owner occupied by low to moderate income households may qualify for grant funds to assist with minor repairs and energy improvements.
Partnerships with Municipalities
PathStone works with local governments by administering their home improvement programs.
Farmworker Housing
PathStone provides assistance to growers, farmers, other non-profits and municipalities to improve or construct decent, affordable housing for seasonal and year-round farmworkers and their families.
Indiana Rehab
Owner-Occupied Rehab for seniors and/or disabled residents within Muncie city limits or in target revitalization areas.
