PathStone Home Rehabilitation and Energy Services provides grants administration and construction management services for local municipalities that wish to establish their own grants to help families in their area.  Working with the City of Canandaigua and the Village of Perry, PathStone has implemented home repair grants that have been able to leverage government funds with other funding sources effectively tripling their efficacy while stabilizing properties and improving home safety, comfort and lowering utility bills.

PathStone also has grant writing capabilities and would be happy to discuss how we can help local governments apply for grants from a variety of public sources.
