The Holistic Rehab Program is Owner-Occupied Rehab for seniors 62+ and/or disabled low-mod income residents within the Muncie city limits. Assistance is also available periodically for low-mod income individuals living in target revitalization areas. Typical repairs include roof replacement and HVAC repairs along with minor exterior renovations and accessibility upgrades like grab bars and handrails. Limited funding for 12-15 projects annually. Eligibility Requirements:

• Referral from a Community Agency
• Proof of paid property taxes and sewage bills
• Proof of property ownership
• Proof of current homeowners liability and casualty insurance
